Delete Your VetSafeCare Account
If you would like to permanently delete your account and associated data, please follow the simple steps below. For security purposes, we require all deletion requests to come directly from the email address linked to your account.
How to Request Account Deletion
1. Open your email Ensure you are using the same email address that you used to sign up for VetSafeCare.
2. Create a new message Address the email to support@vetsafecare.com.
3. Use the subject line Set the subject of your email to: Account Deletion Request
4. Copy and paste the template below Feel free to copy the following message into your email body, filling in your specific details:
To: support@vetsafecare.com Subject: Account Deletion Request
Hello,
I would like to request the permanent deletion of my VetSafeCare account.
Reason for leaving (Optional): [Include a brief reason or delete this line]
Name: [Your Full Name]
What Happens Next?
Processing Time: Once we receive your email, our team will process your request within 1 to 2 weeks maximum.
Confirmation: We will send you a final confirmation email as soon as your account and data have been successfully deleted.
Please note: Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone, and you will lose access to all your saved information.
