Getting started 8

What VetSafeCare is, who it serves, and how fast you can be running.

A complete veterinary practice platform. The Flowboard, appointments, client and patient records, e-prescriptions, lab reports, in-patient care, inventory, billing, point of sale, analytics, CRM, and client messaging run in one workspace, with Umpata AI built into the clinical flow. One login, one patient file from booking to bill.

Veterinary clinics and hospitals get the full clinical loop. Multi-branch groups get isolated workspaces with consolidated analytics and centralized billing. Pet retailers and groomers run POS, stock, and customer records on the same platform.

Guided and hands-on. We help you import records, set up your team, and configure services and stock, and we stay reachable while your team settles in.

Yes. Migration support is part of onboarding: we help import patient records, appointment history, and inventory data, and review the import with you before you go live.

The workspace is fully responsive, and native iOS and Android apps are available alongside the web app.

Yes. Each branch runs as its own workspace with isolated data, and you can switch between them from one account, with shared analytics above them and one centralized bill.

No. Umpata dictation and diagnosis are part of the platform: the same login, the same records, no separate tool to wire up.

Umpata AI 6

Dictation and Diagnosis: how the AI assists without ever overriding the vet.

Two capabilities inside the clinical workflow. Umpata dictation turns your voice into structured clinical drafts in 60+ languages; Umpata diagnosis maps symptoms to ranked differential suggestions with protocol-linked guidance. Both assist; the veterinarian always decides, concludes, and saves.

60+ languages, tuned hardest for Banglish: the Bengali–English mix vets actually use mid-consultation. Spoken drug names resolve against the medicine database, with pronunciation hints for the transcriber.

No. Dictation output always fills a draft, and nothing reaches notes or prescriptions without an explicit save. The draft is the draft until you say otherwise: you review, adjust, and stay the author.

Neither happens on its own. Dictation captures drug intent, medicine, frequency: but final doses are computed by the dose calculator and confirmed by you. Diagnosis suggests differentials; the diagnosis on the record is always the veterinarian’s own.

Audio lives in private storage. Transcription receives a short-lived access link for processing, never permanent access, and the link expires.

Scribing turns speech into text. Umpata diagnosis works the clinical reasoning chain, findings to ranked differentials to the protocols behind them: using curated symptom-to-diagnosis mappings and prevalence tiers. Reasoning support, not transcription.

Clinical care 7

Records, prescribing, hospitalization, and labs on one patient file.

Each visit opens an encounter on the patient file. SOAP sections live in dedicated fields, vitals are captured in fixed clinical units, and every note, prescription, and result settles into one chronological patient timeline.

A curated veterinary database of 24,000+ brand and generic entries with classes, categories, and manufacturer data: maintained centrally and shared with the free public medicine library.

Yes. Interaction alerts run against the patient’s active prescription set, recorded conditions, and allergies before anything is signed.

The dose calculator turns weight and drug into the right amount and frequency using per-drug ranges. It shows its work, and you confirm the math.

Yes. Consultation and treatment protocol templates prefill the plan or prescription as a starting draft you adjust per patient, so standard cases stay standard.

Yes, currently in preview. The in-patient department covers admissions, ward whiteboards, treatment rounds with administrations logged per shift, and structured handoffs between shifts, with stay charges flowing into billing under the same contract as visits.

Yes, currently in preview. Lab orders are raised from the visit with priority and urgency, stage-tracked on the lab board, and results land on the patient record, ready to feed the SOAP note and the diagnosis conversation.

Running the practice 6

Checkout, stock, billing, reporting, and client communication.

Yes. Selling or dispensing an item decrements the exact batch it came from, in the same transaction, at the location that sold it: the till and the shelf never drift apart.

Each item carries a reorder threshold. When stock crosses it, raise a purchase order against a supplier: tracked from ordered to received with payment status per order, and receiving writes straight back into batch-level inventory.

Manual and bank payment records today, with card processing on the roadmap. Payment requests let clients settle from their app in the meantime, and the point of sale logs every tender: cash, card, or split: against the sale.

Finance records keep the currency they were entered in, snapshotted at the time: reporting stays honest even if your defaults change later.

No. Analytics reads the invoices, payments, and sales orders your team already writes. Reports run per branch or consolidated, and they export for your accountant.

Yes. SMS campaigns go to your contact lists, or straight to CRM segments, with sender profiles, rate-card pricing, a credit wallet, and a delivery log for every message.

Accounts & security 7

Team roles, workspace isolation, availability, and corrections.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with automatic backups.

Access is role-based per workspace, so the front desk, vets, and admins each stay in their lane, and every action is attributed to the user who took it.

Yes. Each branch workspace keeps its own data, and branch teams only see their clinic. Ownership sees the consolidated picture above it.

Every prescription is digitally signed and attributable to the prescriber, with interaction and dosing checks driven by the same structured medicine data everywhere.

VetSafeCare is a cloud platform you can reach from anywhere, with locale-aware currency and country handling. Bulk SMS delivery is built in for the Bangladesh route today, and coverage keeps expanding.

Use the contact form: reports reach the team for review. Medicine database corrections apply everywhere at once, because the public library and the clinical tools read the same data.

For pet owners 4

PetSafeCare and the free public medicine database.

PetSafeCare is the pet-parent app at petsafecare.com, the owner-facing companion to the clinic’s VetSafeCare workspace. Owners track each pet’s health timeline and expenses, book appointments, manage prescriptions, and shop.

Owner accounts link to pets through verified ownership, built on the client records the clinic already keeps. Owners see their pets, and only their pets.

The owner-facing view of the same record the clinic writes: health history, vaccinations, prescriptions, and expenses per pet: without a phone call or a printout.

Yes. The full library of 24,000+ medicines is publicly searchable, no account, no paywall: for vets, students, and pet owners alike. It is the same source the clinical tools prescribe from.
