Orally: 5ml/10liter water and administer orally.

For severe fascioliasis, Parafileriasis : 1.3ml/25kg body weight

Dog

5ml/10kg body weight SC.

Orally: make 2.5% solution or mix 1ml/9ml water and administer 1ml/3.5kg body weight. Or according to 15mg/kg body weight.

Active against adult Fasciola. Activity against immature flukes is low 

The main pharmacological action of nitroxynil is fasciolicidal. The lethal action against Fasciola hepatica has been demonstrated in vitro and in vivo in laboratory animals, and in sheep and cattle. The mechanism of action is thought to be due to uncoupling of oxidative phosphorylation

Not recommended in lactating cow producing milk for human
