Your workspace is backed up automatically. You do not run anything for this to happen.

Each practice runs in its own workspace. One team's data is not visible to another.

Every action in the workspace carries the team member who took it, so accountability is built in.
AI governance
How the AI is governed.
Umpata is governed by one rule: it drafts, the veterinarian decides. The contract is enforced by the product, not by policy alone.
- Dictation and diagnosis output is a draft until a veterinarian explicitly saves it
- Dose calculation is performed by the calculator, never inferred by the model
- Dictation audio is stored privately; transcription access is time-limited and expires
- The diagnosis on a patient file is entered by the veterinarian
Ownership
Your data.
The data in your workspace belongs to your practice. Financial reports are exportable from the workspace today; anything broader is handled with you through support. Handling follows the privacy policy and the terms of service.
