Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Metrifonate

No adverse effects are expected if this product is used in accordance with the label. Some symptoms of overexposure that can arise are: blurred vision, weakness, giddiness, sweating, muscular twitching, spasms, miosis and respiratory paralysis. Can be absorbed through skin. May irritate the skin. May irritate the eyes as well. 

has not been shown to produce reproductive or teratogenic effects. But, do not administer to lactating dairy cows.
